Thanks for commenting! I hope you are staying healthy. The inner glow is done with Winsor yellow oil paint thinned with white spirits. It's applied just like any wash, but the white spirits makes it flow easily into recesses. Once it's dry, you can then dry brush to blend and fade. I use old brushes when I'm working with oil. After washing, I then allow it to dry thoroughly and then spray with Tamiya semi-gloss clear. Then the next layers, which include a bit of additional coloring with airbrush and citadel paints. I'll post a step-by-step soon with pictures.
