What humanness remains of Lord Zianth of the Knight-Atrapos Quillon is a dark mystery better left undiscovered. Known for its dark and sinister record of battle, Quillon's machine spirit is said to be fully bonded with Zianth's own mind. While many savants would consider such bondage tech blasphemy, the House Viatrix does not answer to any lord save the Priests of Viatorum.
No more wicked a Knight exists than that mastered by Lord Melior of House Viatrix: The Knight-Atrapos Protasia. Recovered from a Lost Mechanicum Ark just eleven decades prior to the Great Crusade, Protasia would serve as the first of the Knights of House Viatrix. Within the Viatrix, a committee of high priests of the Myrmidon cult is assigned to keep constant vigil over Protasia and her pilot.
It is prophesied that a battle of wills between Lord Melior and the machine spirit of Protasia is being waged, and that the survival of House Viatorum depends on the victor.
