Hive City Prayer of the Day: Never Dwell Long Beneath a 10" Ledge

Assume an enemy ganger is standing below a 10" ledge, just below the edge.

Now, on my activation, I can attempt to jump down this 10" ledge in an effort to land safely on the ground.

In order to land safely, I must pass an initiative test with a negative modifier that makes it impossible to pass. 

Having failed this test, I now fall directly onto said enemy ganger.

Although my ganger receives a Strength 9, -3 AP, 3 Damage automatic hit, so too does the enemy.

Since my ganger was merely a juve, yet the enemy was the gang's leader, I essentially deployed a plasma bomb on my opponent.
